Graduated in Economics in 1983 at Bocconi University, Milan
In 1986 qualified as Chartered Accountant and Tax Consultant (Dottore Commercialista) and became auditor. He is also included in the Register of Technical Consultants of the Piacenza Civil Court.
He is widely experienced in domestic direct taxation, Italian company law and in appraisal activities connected to the extraordinary transactions..
He has carried out several engagements as technical expert appointed by the Court and tax Court for financial statements matters, accounting principles as well as judicial trustee, official receiver and judicial liquidator for winding up procedures.
