Vincenzo Zurzolo

Senior Economist

Vincenzo has joined Studio Tributario Tognolo on October 1, 2020 as Senior Economist.

In 2005, he graduated cum laude in Economics at the University of Messina and, in 2006, he attended the Master of Science in Business administration at Fondazione CUOA.

From 2006 to 2017, he joined the Expert Opinion team at a leading Italian economic consulting firm, specializing in Transfer Pricing and intangible asset valuation and ending this experience as a Senior Manager.

In March 2017, he joined Copenhagen Economics, a European economic consulting firm, dealing with Transfer Pricing and IP valuation cases for multinational groups.

Lecturer at the International Tax Center (Leiden and Kuala Lumpur) and Il Sole24Ore (Milan and Rome) on Transfer Pricing topics.

Regularly provides contributions to the OECD and Italian tax administration on Transfer Pricing calls for comments on draft regulations.

Over the years, he has developed an in-depth experience on a broad range of Transfer Pricing issues, with key specialization on pricing of intra-group loans (both senior and subordinated), intangible asset valuations, analysis of business restructurings and economic modelling for cost-sharing agreements.
